Malt: 7.5# Amber X - 3oz Chocolate - 0.5# Crystal 60 - 0.5# Roasted Barley
Hops: 1.5oz Kent Goldings @ 60 & .5oz @ 10, Dry hopped w/ 1oz Willamette
Adjuncts: 1# Honey - 0.5# Dark Brown Sugar
Yeast: Wy1338 European Ale Yeast
IBU: 21
OG: 1.070
